Choice descriptions of political layouts

This page is a set of descriptions of 'How Things Should Be' as regards the political layout of the Order of the White Dragon. You can think of this as a sort of embryonic form of a 'consitution' for the Clan. This is intended to eventually be simply a full explanation of the groups involved in 'governing' (if you will) the clan, how areas of responsibility and authority are divided up, and how the groups interact.

These documents don't go into specifics or detail, but are intended to give a broad-brush view of how the different groups relate to each other, and how they act as regards the running of the clan.

Another point: there's a lot of overlap here. Being as all the information is interrelated rather heavily, there's a lot of points that end up being repeated, both between documents and within different sections of one document. I've added some of these for clarity, since the whole structure can be complicated until you've gotten your head around it. I've tried not to reproduce entire sections verbatim, so there are several places in documents where a reference to another document is given for supporting information.

• leaders.txt is a description of the role of the Clan Leaders.
• council.txt is a description of the composition and role of the Council.
• wing_commanders.txt is a description of the status and role of the Wing Commanders.
• wing_structure.txt is a rather abstract overview of the general structure for the Wing system.
• wing_implementation.txt is a more concrete overview of an implementation of the Wings.
• members.txt is a quick summary of where the individual Members fit into this.
